Job title: HR Coordinator

Branch : Exploration Production

Division: Full Field Development (FFD)

Localization: Baku office.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent English and Azerbaijani language skills are mandatory

To provide hands-on operational support to the HR & Admin Lead by executing core HR and administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Activities

• Support the coordination and tracking of all in-country and out-of-country personnel
• Support the implementation and logistics of HR campaigns (communication, tracking, follow-up)
• Coordinate recruitment processes including sourcing support, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation
• Ensure execution of administrative activities (missions, expense sheets, timesheets) and follow-up with employees
• Support development and update of HR documentation, templates, and tools
• Provide operational HR support to Project Management (data, documents, follow-ups)
• Administer appraisal processes (initiation, tracking, consolidation of inputs)
• Ensure accurate implementation of HR administrative processes in line with local labor requirements
• Maintain and update administration orders (leave, termination, appointment, etc.)
• Organize business trips (BTO, visas, logistics) and ensure proper documentation and approvals
• Maintain and update HR database
• Prepare manpower tracking files and produce HR data reports (POB, statistics, workforce tracking)
• Follow up mobilization and demobilization processes and ensure documentation completeness
• Follow up with stakeholders on staffing actions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to collect job requirements and maintain recruitment documentation
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and track candidate pipelines
• Track recruitment progress, mobilization timelines, and workforce data
• Maintain training records


To ensure that HR activities are effectively and efficiently conducted in accordance with Company policies and Azerbaijan local labour regulations.

Qualifications/Experience required

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher degree and training certification in Human Resources domain is recommended.

Minimum Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in HR Management

• Ability to work independently, to show initiative, to identify and set objectives, and to work towards objectives defined by the executive management team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good problem solving, accuracy and analytical skills, service mindedness, sense of responsibility and feeling for HR environment
• Very good computer skills: MS Office Package, Electronic Data Management System
• Proven records of ability to effectively conduct in a team with strong Leadership. Demonstrate sound organization ability and work in a multi-cultural/international business environment
