Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Coordinator based in Aberdeen. This has been released on an inital 6 month contract.
 
JOB PROFILE
 
Responsible for maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and ensuring legal compliance.
 
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records of employee information in relevant systems
  • Preparing employment documents (eg Offer Letters, Contract of Employment, Amendment to T&CS)
  • Administering the onboarding process for new hires
  • Administering the offboarding process for leavers
  • Collating and preparing relevant employee information for Payroll
  • Collating and administrating HR data for internal and external requirements
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment process (eg uploading vacancies, scheduling of interviews)
  • Assist in organizing employment events (eg Career Fairs)
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries:
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate by HR Business Partner
 
The HR Administrator shall:
 
  • Carry out work only when it can be done in a safe and healthy manner. Ensure that the work is not hazardous to the environment.
  • Comply with the Management System procedures, contractual requirements and authority regulations relevant for the work
  • Contribute to the company improvement process and report incidents and proposals using the formal feedback reporting system

  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate ambition to grow career in line with the business growth.
 
HSEQ statement:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 
SKILLS:
Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Have good organisational skills and able to multitask & prioritise workloads
 
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
IT literate
Desirable but not essential – use of HRIS
