Orion Group Sciences have a new opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner for our client based in Kildare. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • He/she will be responsible for the robust implementation of company HR policies, standards and procedures.
  • The ability to evolve current company HR practices in line with market trends.
  • Experienced in coaching and advising company leaders on best approach in areas like Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER)
  • Proficiency in best practice in Recruitment procedures, experienced with engaging with top talent in line with company culture.
  • Experienced with execution of performance appraisals
  • Proficiency in disciplinary procedures (where necessary)
  • Can plan and carry out HR analysis to meet business needs.
  • A flexible proactive approach to work (attending trade shows seminars etc.)

Qualifications:

  • A fully recognised HR qualification is essential.
  • CIPD membership is preferred ( non-essential )
  • At least 3 years' experience working in Human Resources (essential)
  • Exposure to all HR activities mentioned above.
  • Exposure to stakeholder management (non-essential).
