Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner on behalf of our Multinational Biopharmaceutical Client based in Tipperary on a 12-Month contract.

About the Role
This is a broad HR Business Partner role supporting people leaders and employees across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role will play an important part in delivering the site people strategy, with a focus on leadership support, employee and industrial relations, talent development, performance, engagement, culture, change management and the consistent application of people policies.
The successful candidate will partner closely with designated business areas, the Site Leadership Team, the wider HR team and HR Centres of Excellence to support both local priorities and broader HR initiatives.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, building strong relationships, supporting leaders through day-to-day people matters and contributing to longer-term people and organisational priorities.

What You Will Do
- Partner with leaders and managers to support delivery of business and people priorities across your client groups.
- Provide practical coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance, talent, organisation design, change and people policies.
- Support managers in handling employee matters, ensuring a fair, consistent and commercially balanced approach.
- Contribute to the site's industrial relations agenda, supporting a collaborative partnership approach.
- Support talent, succession, engagement and culture initiatives across the business.
- Advise leaders on organisational change and the people impact of business decisions.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead or support local HR projects and initiatives.
- Work closely with the wider HR team and Centres of Excellence to deliver HR programmes and initiatives.
- Act as delegate for the HR Lead when required.
What Skills & Experience You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will more than likely have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role.
- Degree qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships at all levels.
- Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable using data and insights to support decision-making.
- Experience within a manufacturing, regulated or multinational environment would be an advantage.
