HR Business Partner

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Business Partner, based in Aberdeen on a 6-month contract.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver HR projects with a strong focus on change activity.
• Work independently to scope, progress and complete assignments.
• Partner with leaders to review team effectiveness and future capability needs.
• Handle ER matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Provide clear, pragmatic HR advice and support.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in change and project-based work.
• Confident handling a range of ER cases.
• Able to work independently, use initiative and drive work forward.
