Head of Project Engineering (Offsites)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Project Engineering (Offsites) to lead multi-discipline engineering execution for a major LNG onshore development. This role will oversee EPC contractor performance, ensuring engineering deliverables are aligned with project milestones, safety standards, and budget objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering activities across EPC and project teams
• Oversee engineering design, execution, and integration with procurement & construction
• Drive contractor performance through KPIs and delivery reporting
• Manage risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and engineering execution planning
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and resolve complex interface challenges
• Monitor progress, schedule, fabrication, and site execution activities
• Lead decision-making on technical and project delivery issues
• Promote strong safety culture and compliance across all activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10+ years in Oil & Gas, with major project experience (LNG preferred)
• Strong background in detailed engineering management and EPC environments
• Experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams
• Proven expertise in risk management and project execution strategies
• Experience working with large process units and LNG facilities
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
