Job Purpose
Lead and govern the Project Controls function, ensuring accurate and timely control of cost, schedule, progress, and risk in alignment with approved baselines and standardized processes. The role provides oversight of EPC performance, safeguards budget and milestone commitments, and delivers reliable reporting to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.

Lead and govern the Project Controls function, ensuring accurate and timely control of cost, schedule, progress, and risk in alignment with approved baselines and standardized processes. The role provides oversight of EPC performance, safeguards budget and milestone commitments, and delivers reliable reporting to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management and technical direction across scheduling, planning, reporting, cost engineering, and change management
- Lead and coordinate project control activities across engineering, construction, and PMT functions
- Ensure effective schedule management, planning, and progress monitoring by contractors and subcontractors
- Interface with senior leadership on cost and schedule performance and reporting
- Consolidate and analyze cost and schedule data to assess overall project status
- Review and evaluate project changes for cost and schedule impact
- Manage workforce planning and ensure consistent change governance
- Monitor contractor performance in project controls and reporting
- Review invoices for compliance and support audit and accounting functions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences
- Minimum 12 years of experience across project management, engineering, construction, or procurement within Oil & Gas
- At least 3 years in Project Management leadership on major Oil & Gas projects
- Strong experience with EPC contractors and major project environments
- Extensive knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, change management, and project execution
- Experience managing projects through startup and handover phases
- Strong understanding of engineering standards and execution methodologies
