Minimum requirements
Lead and govern the end-to-end Data & Reporting function for Handover & Completion, establishing a robust digital ecosystem that enables accurate, real-time, and insight-driven decision-making across the project lifecycle. Accountable for data strategy, governance, analytics, visualization, and digital applications, ensuring seamless integration of SCDB, enterprise systems, and reporting platforms (Power BI, Data Lake, Power Apps) in alignment with company digital standards.
Define and lead the Data & Reporting Strategy for Handover & Completion in alignment with LNG company digital transformation objectives. Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, standards, and quality controls across all systems and stakeholders.
Oversee development and delivery of enterprise Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting packs. 3. Lead integration of SCDB, Data Lakes, and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
Direct the design, development, and deployment of digital applications (Power Apps and related tools) to enhance workflow efficiency.
Provide strategic insights and advanced analytics to senior leadership to support project performance and risk management.
Manage and optimize data architecture, pipelines, and system interfaces across internal and contractor platforms.
Drive data standardization across EPC Contractors, ensuring consistency in reporting and handover deliverables.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing data and reporting team, including capability development and succession planning.
Champion digital innovation, automation, and AI-driven opportunities within Handover & Completion processes.
Act as the single point of accountability for all Handover & Completion reporting deliverables and ensure compliance with Company LNG policies, cybersecurity, and data management frameworks.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
Knowledge and experience
Ten (10) years’ experience in various project phases such as engineering, procurement, and construction, within large-scale commissioning projects in the Oil and Gas Industry, including two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.
Proven track record in:
Data strategy and governance implementation
Enterprise reporting and analytics
Digital transformation initiatives in project environments
Advanced expertise in: Power BI (enterprise dashboard development, governance, deployment) Data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
Technical and business skill
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights.
Strong leadership and team management capability in multi disciplinary environments.
Expertise in data visualization, storytelling, and performance reporting.
Excellent stakeholder engagement at senior and executive levels.
Ability to manage complex interfaces across contractors and functions.
Strong governance mindset with focus on quality, compliance, and standardization.
Proven ability to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and digital adoption.
SQL and large-scale database management
Strong experience with: SCDB / Hexagon Smart Completions (or equivalent systems)
Data Lake and cloud-based architectures
