Orion Group is seeking a Global Material Review Project Manager to support our multinational pharma client by leading and optimizing cross-functional Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing content review workflows for global commercial and medical materials. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented project manager with pharmaceutical experience, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to guide diverse teams through complex, compliance-driven processes.

  • 3–5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and operational excellence
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is highly advantageous
About the Role
In this role, you will ensure that all promotional and medical materials are reviewed according to rigorous standards and global policies.
You will champion an Always Audit-Ready mindset, streamline workflows, facilitate review sessions, and support continuous process improvement across global teams. You will also play a key role in enabling content reuse to improve efficiency, consistency, and brand alignment across channels.
 Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Review & Workflow Management
  • Lead the end-to-end content review workflow across Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and agency partners.
  • Facilitate concept meetings, collaboration sessions, strategy discussions, and escalation meetings to ensure clarity and timely decisions.
  • Ensure all materials follow required policies and operate within an audit-ready framework at all times.
Veeva Vault PromoMats Expertise
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Veeva PromoMats, providing guidance and training to internal and external users.
  • Approve the final version of materials post-review and confirm all associated assets are correctly archived in the system.
Content Reuse & Operational Efficiency
  • Promote and educate teams on the value of content reuse across brands and channels.
  • Identify workflow challenges and implement process improvements to accelerate review timelines.
  • Monitor and measure performance against MLR/MLR KPIs and support global continuous improvement initiatives.
Project & Meeting Management
  • Partner with global teams to schedule, plan, and facilitate content review meetings.
  • Capture, document, and distribute decisions, guidance, and next steps to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track review timelines according to global review grids and communicate risks or delays proactively.
Global & Affiliate Support
  • Support affiliate review processes for local materials, co-creation projects, congress content, and event-related deliverables.
  • Provide affiliates with necessary project details and ensure alignment with global review requirements.
Audit, Quality & Process Improvement
  • Drive proactive audit preparation and maintain complete, compliant documentation.
  • Lead or assist in special projects that enhance the global content review process.
  • Recommend opportunities for automation and workflow optimization to enable greater focus on content quality and strategy.
