Training Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Starting Shift (after training): 8 hour shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm Business hours. Will let tech know once training is complete what shift they will start on.
Job Description
The Fulfillment Technician position exists to assist the manufacturing team in the activities associated with fulfillment of prescription orders. The Technician will assist in day to day activities of picking, labeling, packing and shipping prescription orders. This position will collaborate with the team lead and department manager to meet the delivery expectations of patients.
Daily activities include:
  • Labeling individual syringes/vials with patient numbers and placing into individual bags/cartons.
  • Placing tablets or capsules into bottles and labeling the bottle with individual patient numbers.
  • Small kit assembly, such as; placing IV bags and syringes into small cartons and labeling with individual patient numbers.
  • Labeling bottles, syringes, cards, and cartons.
  • Kit assembly.
  • Packing containers into corrugate.
  • Filling bottles and blisters using semi-automatic equipment.
  • Performing quality checks of documentation, drug product, and commodities.
  • Performing light housekeeping duties, and sanitizing workstations.
  • Overtime is only mandated at times of higher volumes of business throughout the year. (3-10 hours) Voluntary is often offered
To be successful in this role you must have the following experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be an Illinois Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
  • Must be certified through NHA or PTCB
  • 2 years retail Pharmacy/Specialty Pharmacy experience.
