Our client is currently recruiting for the position of FPSO Company Representative, based Offshore West Africa.

Permanent role - 28/28 rotation

Responsibilities will include:
Ensure any accidents / incidents or other reportable events are fully recorded and correct procedures followed.
Ensure the facility is operated to meet all regulatory and corporate safety and environmental regulations.
Attend all relevant safety meetings and provide input to risk assessment when required.
Provide summary daily report of all of the installation's main activities and check the accuracy of all data reported. Provide weekly SHE and operations reports, monthly and any other specialised reports and trend data as required.
Ensure that the well management programme is effectively and efficiently managed, without any compromise to safety or damage to the well and reservoir.
Liaise and be in close communication with the relevant Aberdeen based Production Engineer and FPSO Contractor to ensure production is optimised.
Work with FPSO Contractor as front line contract representative to form an effective working relationship, influencing and assessing Contractor where necessary, and supporting where appropriate.
Attend all relevant offshore meetings to represent Company interests and highlight any non-compliances or discrepancies.
Ensure operating costs are maintained as low as possible

Demonstrate extensive Production and Operational experience.
Ability and confidence to make informative decisions
Working knowledge of day to day operations on an FPSO

HNC or relevant time served work experience in technical related discipline.
