DIMENSIONS OF THE SERVICE FLOW ASSURANCE ENGINEERING SERVICE

Expected deliverables: - Conduct of Flow Assurance studies - Advice to Flow Assurance engineers of its product line - Flow assurance data (quantitative (sizing) and qualitative (pros / cons)) to choose the optimal architecture for a given field. - Definition of structuring data (SOR) for the chosen concept. - Efficient assistance to subsidiaries. - Assistance to subsidiaries. - Service progress reports / statuses - Support Quality Reviews, Projects Reviews

Cost of the installations to be designed (in Millions $): 100 - 1000 M $

TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT

* For development studies (preliminary, conceptual, pre-project) - Complete the study bases with GIS, IC, FP, TEC, SBS, APP and the methodologies to be applied, the margins to be applied in collaboration with the person in charge of 'studies. - Model and calibrate fluids in simulations. - Simulate networks with OLGA or LEDAFLOW. - Select design conditions, diameters and thermal insulation, define activation needs, define preservation and start-up sequences, define subsea chemical needs, define interfaces with topsides. - Regularly report progress to the study manager, APP, other disciplines and the client. - Write reports. - Present the results during Quality Reviews, Projects Reviews, presentations to clients and partners. - Participate in the handover to Project teams and provide assistance and follow-up.

* For the support needs of subsidiaries (technical operating problems): - Clarify the need and complete the study bases with the client. - Participate in an on-site mission if necessary. - Carry out the study by reporting to a study manager.

* Other Activities - Be the Flow Assurance Technical Authority for HAZOP, PR reviews. - Be the Flow Assurance technical authority during the file review for OBOs. - Contribute to developing tools and working methods in Flow Assurance.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

Asset Managers call on the DW Product Line to develop reservoirs of often marginal size and / or with complex fluids (paraffins, asphaltenes, hydrates, CO2) and / or deeper and deeper. They often express a desire to develop rapidly with innovative approaches: Single line, heated line, subsea tie-back, subsea boosting, FPSO lease, standardization, outside of client standards, etc.

The Field Operations teams of the subsidiaries call directly on the DW / PRF / PFA service to obtain technical expertise on troubleshooting issues (instabilities, equipment efficiency, fouling or clogging).

TECHNICAL PREREQUISITES

Advanced engineering expertise with a 1st specialization in fluid mechanics - Polyphasic flows Expertise in Flow Assurance Engineering or project monitoring or production support in a subsidiary English and French are required for this service
