Development Support Operation - Petroleum Installation - Technologies

Description of the mission:

* Support petroleum architects in development studies (Conceptual and pre-project)

* Participate in the design, engineering, manufacture, reception, installation, commissioning, decommissioning of equipment (pipelines and flexible and umbilical risers), in support of project teams

* Supports the group's subsidiaries for the operation of flexible and umbilical pipelines and risers, for monitoring the integrity of this equipment or in the event of an incident. Performs re-qualifications and lifespan extension studies

* Contributes to the development, drafting, updating and management of documents for the technical reference system for pipelines and risers, ensures their distribution and promotion to user entities.

* Participate in technological research and development studies for equipment.

* Participate in the qualification of new products and new applications developed by sellers and contractors.

* Participate in internal qualification reviews for the validation of new products or concepts

* Participate in operational and project audits, as well as technical project reviews

* Help organize training sessions carried out by the pipeline and riser team

* Is a force of proposal and contributes to the development of methods within PLR

* Participate in normative work within working groups related to hoses and umbilicals (AFNOR, API)

* Participate to its specialty to school for a draft (screening, conceptual, pre-project) for the EP product lines.

* Participate in the follow-up of FEED / Basic engineering, calls for tenders and execution for projects in preparation or in execution.

* Provide assistance on flexible subjects and umbilicals and submarine electric cables for the EP subsidiaries of the group and for the RC, MS and GRP branches.

* Intervene on several cases (pre-project, project or subsidiary).

Works in collaboration with and benefits from the support of experts (flexible, umbilical, rigid and materials / welding) which will allow the candidate to perfect his skills in design, operation and integrity monitoring of pipeline equipment.

Is involved in a very varied spectrum of activity and in all stages of the life of pipeline equipment, from R&D, to the development study phase, detailed engineering, manufacturing, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up, operation , integrity monitoring, and decommissioning.

Other conditions:

* Occasional trips abroad (subsidiaries, vendors, contractors)

* Offshore mission for installation or integrity monitoring campaigns

* Mission abroad to meet and support subsidiaries, vendors, or contractors

Experience level required:

Engineer, minimum 10 years of experience in the design and manufacture of flexible pipes and offshore umbilicals.

Knowledge of rigid pipelines for offshore or onshore application, knowledge of oilfield operations and integrity management appreciated.

Is united in the technical choices on the works for which he is responsible for his specialty.

Innovates in the field of flexible and umbilicals.
