Outside of IR35 and fully REMOTE - A Senior Flexible Pipe Engineer is required to support our client's worldwide offshore deepwater projects. They will support all the engineering activities related to unbonded flexible pipe activities in the different phases of the project, from feasibility to Basic/FEED and along the execution phase for the several new upcoming or ongoing initiatives.

12 months + 

Their responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
 To prepare and complete large EPCI contracts for Offshore Projects for unbonded flexible pipes systems in all the Project phases (Feasibility & Conceptual Study, Front End Engineering Design, Call For Tender, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Testing, Installation, Commissioning).
 To ensure that the design of unbonded flexible pipes systems meet Project requirements, applicable codes and standards, and engineering best practices.
 To prepare all the technical documentation related to unbonded flexible pipes during the different phases of the

Background required:
Experience in being able to support Projects onshore and offshore testing– FAT, SIT and pre-commissioning/ installation/commissioning activities.
 Familiar with the relevant international codes and subsea standards for Flexible pipes, in particular API 17J, API 17L1, API 17B, and API17K.
 Proficient usage of the Office Software (MS Office).
 Basic knowledge of AutoCad.
 Knowledge of Mechanical Finite Analysis software (i.e. Ansys, Abaqus, Cosmosworks).
