Executive Assistant
Location: Glasgow, with occasional travel to Birmingham
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy Engineering team working within the UK's growing High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative environment where you'll play a key role in supporting engineering teams delivering major power transmission and infrastructure projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative activities while acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Organise team meetings, workshops and events
- Prepare agendas and take accurate meeting minutes
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Support the planning and delivery of internal and external training sessions
- Prepare and maintain team dashboards, reports and tracking documentation
- Coordinate procurement of IT equipment, mobile devices, PPE and office supplies
- Support onboarding activities for new starters
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Engineering team
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders across the business
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or Administration role
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams
