EPCI Installation Representative – Offshore Pemba, Mozambique
Contract Position | 28/28 Rotation | Oil & Gas / LNG Sector

We are seeking an experienced EPCI Installation Representative to oversee offshore installation campaigns for a major international LNG development in Pemba, Mozambique.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Company’s senior installation representative in Pemba, providing leadership to the site team.

Oversee vessel mobilizations, lifting activities, logistics, and transportation of materials/equipment.

Monitor contractor performance to ensure schedule, quality, technical, and HSES requirements are met.

Coordinate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to resolve interface issues efficiently.

Lead risk identification, reporting, and resolution processes.

Ensure compliance with safe systems of work and high HSE/quality standards.

Issue weekly progress and quality reports.

Support emergency response as part of the Incident Management Team (IMT) if required.

Rotation & Location:

28 days on / 28 days off rotation.

Offshore Pemba, Mozambique.

Requirements:

Minimum 20 years’ experience in offshore installation, with at least 15 years in management of large-scale EPCI projects.

Strong background in logistics, lifting operations, risk management, and resources planning.

Proven leadership and team management skills in multicultural environments.

Ability to review and analyze contractor installation plans and execution strategies.

Fluent English (Portuguese an advantage).

Tertiary engineering qualification preferred.

Valid BOSIET and OGUK medical certification.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role on a multi-billion-dollar LNG development, ensuring safe and timely delivery of offshore installation activities.
