Location; Eastern Shore, Maryland | Hybrid (2–3 days)

What you'll work on
- Stormwater design & green infrastructure
- Water & wastewater infrastructure
- Site grading, drainage & erosion control
- Civil 3D design from concept through construction
- Public works and private-sector environmental projects
- Hands-on technical engineering with real project ownership
- Diverse environmental infrastructure projects—not traditional subdivision work
- Hybrid working (2–3 days in the office)
- Supportive, collaborative team culture
- Clear progression into Project Management when you're ready, while remaining technical today
- 5+ years' experience in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Strong stormwater, grading and drainage design experience
- AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
- PE preferred, although an EIT working towards licensure will also be considered
