We are seeking an experienced Engineering Coordinator to oversee the planning, mobilization, operation, and demobilization of fast-moving workover rigs supporting well interventions, maintenance, and recompletions. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of workover activities in line with project procedures and industry standards.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Coordinator to oversee the planning, mobilization, operation, and demobilization of fast-moving workover rigs supporting well interventions, maintenance, and recompletions. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of workover activities in line with project procedures and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily and long-term workover activities for multiple rigs.
- Manage rig mobilization/demobilization and site readiness.
- Oversee rig operations including tubing, fishing, cleanouts, recompletions, and wellhead works.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and risk assessments.
- Act as the main coordination point between rig contractors, service providers, logistics, and engineering teams.
- Monitor rig performance (NPT, move time, costs) and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare accurate operational and performance reports.
- BSc in Mechanical or Marine Engineering (or equivalent).
- Post-graduate experience in workover or well intervention operations.
- Offshore experience required
- Strong knowledge of workover rigs, well intervention equipment, and rig move logistics.
- Proven leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
