D&W Equipment Coordinator

Role Overview
Coordinate Completion & Workover sub-assembly make-up and pressure testing (MU&T) to ensure safe, efficient preparation of Drilling & Wells equipment in line with handling guidelines and warehouse procedures. Liaise with QA/QC, vendors, and warehouse/logistics to keep rigs supplied with compliant, ready-to-run assemblies and accessories.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate Completion & Workover sub-assembly MU&T; set priorities and track progress.
  • Day-to-day interfaces: D&W Completion teams, Rig Log/Matsman, Warehouse Logistics Team
  • Create and follow up SAP POs for MU&T, inspection, and re-test; maintain documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors/service companies for inspection, function testing, and supervised MU&T; witness with third-party QA/QC.
  • Manage completion accessories inventory (storage, well assignment, backload, maintenance, redress/repair).
  • Raise and follow up NCRs and Lessons Learned for onshore preparation (storage, handling, MU&T, pressure test, loading, SIT).
  • Coordinate equipment load-outs with the Warehouse Team Lead; support weekly duty and maintain clean-desk standards.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with completion & well services equipment MU&T and QA/QC.
  • 5+ years in an operational environment; Al-Shaheen experience preferred.
  • Strong analysis/reporting; extensive SAP process experience.
  • Familiar with Supply Chain Management processes/systems; excellent communication across onshore/offshore; fluent English.
