Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off (4/4)
Work Schedule: 7 days per week, 8 hours per day
About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced DST Supervisor to support offshore operations on a long-term project in Suriname. This is a key position responsible for overseeing Drill Stem Test (DST) preparation and execution, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and performance optimisation.

About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced DST Supervisor to support offshore operations on a long-term project in Suriname. This is a key position responsible for overseeing Drill Stem Test (DST) preparation and execution, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise DST preparation and execution both offshore and at service providers’ bases
- Ensure DST design readiness and proactively identify/report potential issues
- Monitor and follow the DST program to ensure execution aligns with approved procedures
- Report any deviations to the DST Completion Engineer and DCSSV
- Track and analyse DST performance during operations
- Contribute to performance optimisation and lessons learned processes
- Support the preparation of End of Well Reports (EOWR)
- Coordinate DST service providers and equipment offshore
- Act as the interface between DCSSV and the DST Completion Engineer
- Mentor junior DST Supervisors when present onboard
- Collaborate closely with HQ reservoir engineers during offshore operations
- Promote and enforce HSE objectives across all operations
- Ensure all activities comply with company standards, statutory regulations, and environmental requirements
- Support safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of completion/workover operations
- Proven experience in DST operations in offshore environments
- Strong understanding of well testing, completion operations, and related equipment
- Ability to manage service providers and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Strong commitment to HSE standards and operational excellence
- Previous experience mentoring junior personnel is an advantage
