We are seeking an experienced D&W Equipment Coordinator to support offshore drilling, completion, and well intervention operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, managing critical completion equipment, ensuring QA/QC compliance, and supporting logistics and equipment readiness for offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse activities supporting drilling and well intervention operations.
- Plan and prioritize equipment requirements based on operational schedules.
- Conduct QA/QC inspections on incoming equipment.
- Prepare, assemble, test and verify completion equipment and sub-assemblies.
- Coordinate equipment mobilization and load-out activities.
- Monitor equipment inventory and track equipment movements.
- Manage SAP equipment transactions and workflows.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Ensure certification and inspection programs remain compliant.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors regarding equipment readiness.
- Support offshore operations through effective equipment planning and logistics.
- Mechanical Engineering degree or Maintenance Technician qualification.
- Minimum 10 years' experience within Oil & Gas.
- Minimum 3 years offshore experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Completion equipment
- Well Intervention equipment (Slickline preferred)
- Warehouse operations
- QA/QC processes
- Equipment mobilization
- SAP
- Experience managing pressure control equipment and completion assemblies.
- Fluent English.
- IWCF Level 2 certification is advantageous.
