Orion Group is seeking an experienced Downstream Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Healthcare Provider (HCP) channels, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue through social media and influencer marketing campaigns for our multinational pharmaceutical client in Irvine, CA.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in healthcare, medical device, aesthetics, or pharmaceutical environments who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional organizations and understands how to drive measurable engagement and commercial impact across multiple marketing channels.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in healthcare, medical device, aesthetics, or pharmaceutical environments who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional organizations and understands how to drive measurable engagement and commercial impact across multiple marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies targeting both consumer and provider audiences with a focus on social media-driven revenue growth
- Lead downstream marketing initiatives, including sales enablement materials, brand collateral, customer-facing assets, and provider support tools
- Manage social media strategy, including organic content, paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, community engagement, and ongoing campaign optimization
- Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, print, partnerships, and social platforms to maximize engagement and brand awareness
- Support commercialization efforts, including product launches, lifecycle management, positioning, and go-to-market execution
- Build and manage influencer marketing programs, including identifying, recruiting, and maintaining relationships with key influencers and brand advocates
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering to support campaign development and strategic decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, analytics, communications, market access, and medical teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve ROI, engagement, lead generation, and revenue performance
- Identify emerging marketing trends, new channel opportunities, and innovative engagement strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, promotional guidelines, and brand standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of marketing experience within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industries
- Experience supporting both consumer-facing and healthcare provider-focused marketing initiatives
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, paid social, analytics tools, and campaign performance measurement
- Proven success managing social media campaigns that directly contribute to revenue generation
- Experience with downstream marketing, product positioning, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy execution
- Understanding of the aesthetics or plastic surgery market is highly preferred
- Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
