* Ensure that safety is a core competency for all employees
* Collaboratively develop and implement the vision, mission, and strategies of the business, ensuring alignment with the Chemicals Product Management and Development Department
* Collaboratively develop the long-term strategic objectives of the Division, and ensure that resources, processes, and enablers are in place to achieve those objectives
* Ensure the timely development of integrated annual business plans to encompass: sales, marketing, pricing, volume, capital budget, manufacturing costs, supply chain, and product management (including manufacturing, and product and application development plans)
* Develop and manage the Division's budget, evaluating performance and recommending appropriate strategies for cost and performance improvement
* Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, and stewardship of cost and performance results relative to the approved business plan
* Oversee project and product portfolios including the individual status and success of new product and project implementations
* Provide timely input to the Chemicals Product Management and Development Department's planning process to ensure that future Aromatics Division's support requirements are met and costs understood
* Identify potential investment opportunities in the Chemicals sector that are compatible with the overall company portfolio
* Represent the Division to advance our client's Chemicals' presence and image
