What You’ll Do
As a Digital Tech Lead, you will:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Define technical vision, architecture, and standards for multiple concurrent projects (up to 6).
- Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable digital solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional experts in data, security, cloud, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, BAs, PMs, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to software quality standards, best practices, and security requirements.
- Drive agile practices within the team, promoting early and frequent delivery of value.
- Facilitate team collaboration, ensure productive meetings, and help remove obstacles to progress.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to support innovation and efficiency.
You are an experienced and hands-on technical leader with a strong software development background and a passion for building high-performance digital solutions. You bring a collaborative spirit, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in roles such as Tech Lead, Full-stack Developer, DevOps Engineer.
- MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems.
- Azure certifications are mandatory.
- Experience with:
- Azure PaaS, Kubernetes, CI/CD DevOps pipelines, Docker, Ansible, Terraform
- Frontend: Angular, React
- Backend: Python, Django
- Version Control: GitHub
- Industry Data Platform experience (e.g., OSDU, Cognite Data Fusion) is a plus.
- Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is advantageous.
- Optional: Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), ITIL certification.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven capability to work independently and manage technical risks.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong grasp of change management principles and agile methodologies.
