The Digital Delivery Specialist will support digital retail initiatives within company’s Mobility & Convenience Americas (M&C Americas). Working closely with Operations, Technology, Product, Support and Field teams, the role helps translate business needs into technology requirements, validates solutions through testing and deployment activities, and ensures store technology solutions deliver the intended business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary bridge between Operations and Technology, ensuring store operations requirements are clearly understood, prioritized and translated into effective technology solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and prioritize requirements across store operations, POS, loyalty, payments, pricing, inventory, reporting and back-office processes.
- Conduct functional analysis across GK, PDI, verifone and related platforms, assessing business impacts, integration dependencies and downstream process implications.
- Define and document business and functional requirements, working closely with Product, Technology and vendor teams to support solution design and delivery.
- Support end-to-end business process design and improvement, ensuring solutions align with store operational needs and customer experience objectives.
- Own business validation activities for technology releases, including test scenario creation, test execution, defect management and business readiness assessments.
- Execute and coordinate end-to-end testing across critical store journeys, including transactions, loyalty, fuel operations, pricing, promotions, reporting and daily financial reconciliation.
- Partner with QA, development and support teams to investigate defects, validate fixes and ensure issues are adequately resolved before production deployment.
- Support release readiness and business signoff processes, ensuring solutions meet functional, operational and deployment requirements prior to go-live.
- Assist with store deployments, pilots and cutovers, validating operational readiness and supporting successful implementation within live store environments.
- Work closely with field teams during deployments and post-go-live stabilization, helping identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor business performance and operational outcomes following deployment, partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and adoption.
- Coordinate across Operations, Technology, Support, Vendors and Field teams to ensure successful delivery of retail technology initiatives and operational change programs
Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in business analysis, retail technology, POS, store operations, digital transformation, or downstream retail programs.
- Strong understanding of business requirements management, functional analysis, process design, testing, deployment readiness and operational change management.
- Experience working across Operations, Technology, Product, Support, Field Teams and external technology vendors to deliver business outcomes.
- Experience with POS, loyalty, payments, retail operations, back-office systems or enterprise platforms is preferred; ability to quickly learn new business processes and technology landscapes is essential.
- Business process expertise: can understand end-to-end store operations, identify business pain points, and translate operational needs into clear functional requirements and technology solutions.
- Functional analysis: able to assess impacts across POS, loyalty, payments, pricing, back-office and integrated systems, while identifying dependencies, risks and downstream impacts.
- Testing & validation: comfortable planning and executing UAT, regression, end-to-end and operational testing, with a focus on business outcomes and production readiness.
- Deployment support: can coordinate across Operations, Technology, QA, Support and Field teams to ensure stores are ready for deployment, cutover and stabilization activities.
- Comfort with ambiguity: can bring structure to evolving requirements, connect business and technology stakeholders, and proactively escalate risks, gaps or unclear ownership.
