Our Role

We're looking for a Digital change specialist to join our market leading Digital studio. In this role you'll be at the heart of all the action, helping our stakeholders and delivery teams drive digital change. Our goal is to deliver exceptional digital experiences for all our customers, so if you have a passion for delivering best in class and experience in project management/ownership we want to hear from you.

You'll be the main point of communication between the Digital Studio and the business, supporting our product owners to define our future development roadmap, while planning and managing projects from concept to completion.

Your Skills and Experience

We're looking for:

- An understanding of the user, our market place and what the Digital future may hold for Energy, Broadband and Home services

- Experience of using ideation techniques such as Impact and story mapping to develop a goal or idea into actionable requirements

- Experience of analysing and designing new business processes

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience as a Product Owner, Scrum master or Agile Project Manager in a Digital environment is desirable

- Experience of Agile delivery, writing user stories and acceptance criteria

Our Team

The Digital Studio is responsible for the continuous improvement of our web and mobile experiences. We take an agile approach which has helped us successfully deliver major projects such as brand new account management and Smart meter appointment booking system, on time and budget. We've started to move away from traditional web technologies providing a digital ecosystem that allows us to react to the needs of our business and customers.

Our beautiful new workspace in Reading gives us the freedom to be creative. There's lots of big break out areas kitted out with the best of tech to help us get the job done. We think it's an amazing place to work!

We're now expanding our team and looking forward to delivering exciting new projects, but we need to diversify our team, skill sets and generate new ideas.
