Job Purpose: The Quality Lead is responsible for implementing and overseeing the project quality management program during offshore installation of jackets, topsides, and pipelines. This role ensures full compliance with project specifications and drives quality performance across EPC contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement Project Quality Plan and Contractor Quality Management Systems
- Execute Construction Surveillance Program for fabrication & installation
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and QC procedures
- Oversee welding quality (WPS, welder qualifications, consumables, NDE, KPIs)
- Monitor contractor performance and resolve quality issues
- Manage inspection activities via Site Inspection Services (SIS)
- Conduct quality & welding training to reduce defects
- Perform site walkdowns to identify quality/safety improvements
- Maintain inspection records aligned with commissioning systems
- Lead NCR and deficiency management processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences
- 8+ years in offshore Oil & Gas (installation of structures & pipelines)
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong experience with EPC contractors and subcontractors
- Knowledge of quality systems, welding, and NDE standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Offshore vessel-based role
- 28 days on / 28 days off rotation
- High-visibility role interacting with PMT, EPC, and subcontractors
