HR Associate is an employee facing role that assists employees with a variety of HR-related inquires as well as triaging inquiries to assign to other teams as appropriate. Day to day duties include documenting employee inquiries in the Case Management tool, maintain personnel files, verification of employment requests as well as various other duties. This position is ideal for the candidate who enjoys a wide variety of responsibilities with a relentless passion for customer service and is detail oriented.
Qualifications include:
5 years of experience in a customer care role in a Human Resources setting Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) and the ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
Positive "can do" attitude;
Adaptable to change, Process focused Ability to work independently (a self-starter) in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in a team environment including being flexible with team coverage
Superior organization skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask
Confidentiality and integrity are a must
Skills in the Microsoft software suite (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)
Workday or SAP experience is a plus
