Orion Group are delighted to be working with a well respected UK wide company in the search for an immedaitely available Credit Controller to join a busy office on the run up to Christmas on a week to week basis with weekly pay!

What is involved in the role:

  • Timely collection of outstanding debts by telephone
  • Sending invoices to customers
  • Managing your own ledger - high volume of customers
  • Chasing debts by various means to achieve results, i.e telephone, email, letter
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Monthly aged debt reporting including input to bad debt provision calculation
  • Working with clients to come up with payment plans to receive money as soon as possible

Experience required:

  • At least 3 years experiece in credit conrol environment
  • Experience of Excel and other software would be beneficial
  • Multi currency experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and the drive to overcome challenges
  • Good IT knowledge overall
  • Well presented and good time keeper
