Cost Control Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cost Control Lead to provide senior-level project cost management across a major capital project.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop and maintain WBS/CBS and project cost coding structures.
• Maintain cost forecasts and annual budgets.
• Monitor contractor costs, invoices, commitments and accruals.
• Review VOWD, Earned Value and trend reporting.
• Evaluate change orders and scope variations.
• Identify potential cost overruns and recommend mitigation.
• Develop management dashboards and executive reports.
• Support audits, project reviews and assurance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years in project/business-related functions.
• Minimum 4 years Oil & Gas experience.
• Major EPC project exposure.
• Strong project cost control and forecasting capability.
• Cost estimating and change management experience.
• WBS/CBS knowledge.
• Owner/Operator project experience advantageous.
• SAP, Excel, Power BI and Power Query exposure advantageous.
