Job Purpose:
Provide expert control systems engineering support during EPC and startup phases, ensuring systems meet safety, reliability, operability, and lifecycle performance standards before handover to operations.

Provide expert control systems engineering support during EPC and startup phases, ensuring systems meet safety, reliability, operability, and lifecycle performance standards before handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead control systems engineering activities including design reviews, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
- Support commissioning, startup, and system optimization
- Ensure high standards of reliability, availability, and cybersecurity for control systems
- Develop surveillance programs and best practices for system performance
- Interface with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Supervise contractors and guide junior engineers
- Manage risk registers and mitigate new technology risks
- Support project tie-ins and high-risk commissioning activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas
- Strong expertise in Industrial Control Systems (DCS, PLC, Triconex, CCC)
- Experience in EPC / startup / commissioning phases
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
