Responsible for the contract maintenance activities related to the coordination and completion of standard enabling agreements for gas, power, financial and environmental products. These activities include collaboration with Commercial Advisors to follow-up until the contract is complete and getting the contract signed via DocuSign and subsequently set up of the contract in the applicable system of record.
Accountabilities:
Generate standard fit for purpose agreements and non-standard manual confirmation.
Process customer inquiries (both internal and external) and maintain contract related data in systems.
Process requests for assignments, mergers and name changes.
Ensure all applicable systems are updated.
Ensure the Contracts Database(s) are updated in a timely manner so that other departments (Legal, Credit, Commercial and Trading) and the Commercial Advisors are kept apprised of the status of a contract.
Maintain contract/confirmation processes and procedures.
Assist in special projects and tasks as requested by Team Lead.
The contract systems used are: Endur, Nucleus, MCC, Aligne, KStat and SharePoint.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
The Contractor should have prior experience in the energy industry and a desire to learn more about the business.
Previous exposure to contracts and/or confirmations processes and Records Management would be an asset.
Must possess a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
Ability to consistently carry out activities to the required standards
Working knowledge and interaction between various departments
Ability to operate with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and prioritize multiple activities
Good customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
College degree preferred.
