Great opportunity to work for a Global Renewable Energy Company on a major offshore wind project, focusing on site investigations & Cables

Tasks:

  • Drive sourcing process from A-Z in a complex international organization
  • Manage stakeholders in a complex matrix organisation
  • Draft contractual documents and align with the legal team on reservations etc.
  • Conduct Tender material and run full tender process
  • Create SteerCo material
  • Prepare negotiations strategy and get the negotiation strategy approved
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers
  • Conduct internal governance on all milestones in the procurement process

Requirements:

  • Experience from large international organisations
  • Experience from managing large sourcing projects
  • Experience from off-shore projects
  • Experience with cables industry is an advantage
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management, communication and analysis
  • Candidate does not need to be local but will need to be able to travel to an Ørsted location weekly when COVID-19 allows, mainly to UK and DK offices.
  • Very limited travel activities expected
  • Must be fluent in English, preferable also in Danish but not required
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Law
  • Strong proven negotiation skills
