Role: Construction Supervisor (Offshore Brownfield)

Job Responsibility:
- Provide technical and execution expertise for offshore brownfield construction, ensuring constructability and installability strategies are effectively applied.
- Support brownfield execution activities, including offshore accommodation, POB management, and marine operations such as jack-up barges, DP vessels, and supply vessels.
- Coordinate and participate in readiness reviews and approvals for major offshore activities, including site mobilization (e.g., JUB set-up), pre-shutdown, shutdown, and restart operations.
- Communicate project priorities and strategies to pre-fabrication yard teams, ensuring alignment on brownfield and tie-in scopes.
- Oversee and manage interfaces across engineering, construction, fabrication, commissioning, start-up, and operations teams for brownfield and tie-in activities.
- Engage actively with Operations, Marine, and Logistics teams to gather input, provide feedback, and align execution plans with brownfield construction requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert in operations and marine practices, including WMS, PTW, SIMOPS, Marine Operations Manuals, and Shutdown Management Systems (SDMS).
- When required, provide relief coverage for the Offshore Brownfield Construction Lead role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
- Offshore survival certification and ability to pass offshore medical evaluation required; OPITO certification is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work and be based on offshore platforms or vessels.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in large Oil & Gas projects within construction-related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up).
- At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, including acting roles or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
- Strong track record in brownfield project execution with exposure to both Contractor and Client organizations.
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
- Global experience with contractors, particularly those involved in offshore projects; knowledge of Client completions philosophy is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a Project Management Team (PMT).
- In-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working understanding of industry standards.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong computer literacy, including professional office applications and relevant technical software.
