Hiring Construction Superintendent (E&IT) for Oman

Work Location : Overseas - Oman- Sohar
Contract duration : 36 months
Working Hours/Day: 8-10 Hours/day
Working Days/Week: 6 days/week
Working Days/Month: 26 days/month
Leave Rotation: 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off

JOB PURPOSE: Oversee the planning preparation and execution of all aspects of the Compression Platform E&IT discipline requirements of the project from yard activities to load out ensuring all key objectives are achieved or exceeded.
Ensure the constructability of the design is consistent with established Project Engineering Drawings and industry processes and standards, effectively manage issues and resolution through strong interfaces with both company and contractor teams delivering full alignment of the Fabrication execution.

MUST HAVE

Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation
8 years experience of large offshore decks/topsides/living quarters in a E&IT supervisory position
Experience with multinational teams
Good knowledge of Project Execution procedures and field management and techniques including fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing and completions.
Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
