Construction Superintendent (Piping CP8S)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent (Piping) to oversee piping fabrication, installation, completion, and commissioning activities for a major offshore topsides project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead piping fabrication and erection activities in line with project schedules and execution plans.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors during fabrication, installation, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, standards, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor fabrication progress, quality, and productivity, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, quality, HSE, and construction teams to resolve technical and execution challenges.
• Review constructability, piping deviations, and contractor deliverables.
• Ensure successful completion of piping scopes with minimal carry-over work.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore topsides, living quarters, or deck construction in a piping supervisory role.
• Proven experience in spool fabrication, installation, hydrotesting, flushing, drying, reinstatement, and flange management.
• Strong knowledge of carbon steel, GRE, exotic, and CRA clad piping systems.
• Familiarity with international piping codes, standards, and offshore construction practices.
• Experience working with multinational project teams.
• Excellent safety leadership and problem-solving skills.
