Construction Superintendent (Mech /HVAC CP4N)

We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent (Mech /HVAC CP4N) to oversee the planning, preparation and execution of mechanical/HVAC fabrication activities for a major Oil & Gas project. The role will involve coordination with contractors, subcontractors, engineering, construction, quality and HSE teams to ensure safe, efficient and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee mechanical/HVAC fabrication activities from yard preparation through load-out and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Supervise and control Contractor/Subcontractor activities related to mechanical fabrication, Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning.
Ensure fabrication activities comply with project specifications, contractual requirements, applicable codes and international standards.
Review design deliverables and ensure constructability and compliance with technical requirements.
Monitor workmanship, quality, progress and resource requirements throughout the fabrication process.
Identify progress and quality concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Review Contractor progress reports and highlight critical issues, delays and deviations.
Coordinate with Contractors/Subcontractors on Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.
Participate in risk assessment meetings, pre-job meetings, technical meetings and other project coordination meetings.
Maintain close coordination with multidisciplinary construction, Quality and HSE teams.

Minimum Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 8 years of experience in large offshore decks, topsides or living quarters within a mechanical environment.
Experience working with multinational teams.
Strong knowledge of project execution, field management and fabrication activities.
Experience in fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing and completion activities.
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, service companies or heavy construction organizations.
Good knowledge of relevant design standards, specifications, codes and safety requirements.
Knowledge of offshore and onshore facilities and yard operations.
Understanding of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG facilities.
Experience working within large-scale operating/project organizations.
