Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Construction Specialist (Offshore Brownfield) to support the safe and efficient execution of offshore brownfield scopes. The role ensures project objectives are met in terms of safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on offshore construction, constructability, and installability strategies.
- Oversee execution activities including accommodation & POB management, and marine operations (Jack-Up Barges, DP Accommodation Vessels, Supply Vessels).
- Coordinate readiness reviews and approvals for mobilization, shutdowns, and restarts.
- Align project priorities with pre-fabrication yard teams and manage brownfield/tie-in scopes.
- Manage interfaces between engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Review construction engineering deliverables and ensure lessons learned are applied.
- Collaborate with operations, marine, and logistics teams to align execution plans.
- Apply knowledge of offshore practices (SIMOPS, PTW, Work Management Systems, Shutdown Management).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences.
- OPITO certification, offshore survival training, and ability to pass offshore medical.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in large oil & gas construction projects (construction, installation, fabrication, hook-up, completions).
- Strong background in offshore brownfield project execution (Contractor & Client side).
- Familiarity with international contractors, industry standards, and stakeholder specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
