Construction Safety Superintendent

Position Summary: 

The Construction Safety Superintendent is responsible for implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures on construction sites. This role involves conducting safety inspections, providing safety training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. 

Responsibilities: 

• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on construction sites. 
• Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards. 
• Provide safety training to construction crews and subcontractors. 
• Investigate accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions. 
• Maintain safety records and documentation. 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification. 
• Previous experience in construction safety management. 
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
