Position tittle: Construction Lead
Work hours per day: 5 days/week / 10 Hrs
Work Location: Qatar Onshore
Estimated Start Date: 1st week of February 2026
Contract Duration: 36 Months
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering.
8 years’ experience in construction roles, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractors/ service/ vendor personnel.
Extensive experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.
Experienced and competent in managing across all phases of project execution including start up and handover and managing technical issues.
Experience in berth design and Seabed dredging is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCI process, codes (ASME, API), and constructability reviews, Risk assessments and Job safety analysis.
Proficiency with construction scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project), cost tracking, and quality systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.
Deep knowledge of industry codes, standards and practices for civil discipline
