We are seeking an experienced Construction Division Manager to lead the planning, preparation, and execution of major industrial construction activities within a large-scale energy project environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project delivery while managing contractor performance, fabrication activities, construction execution, stakeholder engagement, and project compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all construction planning, preparation, and execution activities to achieve project objectives.
- Lead fabrication and construction teams to ensure project milestones are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to project standards and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
- Oversee execution schedules, identify risks and delays, and implement recovery plans where required.
- Manage change control processes and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied.
- Review fabrication progress and implement mitigation measures to address schedule challenges.
- Support contract administration, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with construction execution plans, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in large-scale construction, fabrication, project execution, or related disciplines within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial sectors.
- Minimum 3 years of management-level experience leading EPC construction or project execution teams.
- Proven experience managing EPC contractors and subcontractors.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery on major industrial projects.
- Strong experience in construction safety leadership and performance management.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, fabrication processes, and project execution strategies.
- Strong understanding of engineering standards, specifications, and industry codes.
- Experience working with offshore facilities, onshore facilities, fabrication yards, or large industrial construction environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
