Manage and oversee all construction activities related to process scope within EPC works—from detailed engineering through execution and handover to commissioning—ensuring alignment with project milestones, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction execution for large-scale LNG process facilities
- Review and approve EPC deliverables, procedures, and progress reports
- Drive safe, efficient, and high-quality construction performance
- Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Identify risks/issues early and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure smooth transition from construction to commissioning
- Participate in key project reviews (constructability, 3D model, completion)
- Promote knowledge sharing and lessons learned across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 12+ years in construction (Oil & Gas / LNG)
- At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
- Strong EPC project experience (greenfield preferred)
- Proven track record managing large-scale construction teams (5,000–10,000 manpower)
- Experience with AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) and system completion
- Strong knowledge of LNG / sour gas facilities
- Excellent safety performance record
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
