Orion Group is hiring a Compliance Operations Analyst for our pharmaceutical client who will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Compliance Operations OPENDOOR Team, ensuring alignment of Healthcare Organization (HCO) and Vendor Company Organization (VCO) data within internal systems. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage multiple systems and tasks in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Support: Assist in developing and maintaining the HCO/VCO alignment database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  • Administrative Coordination: Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, manage departmental files, and ensure compliance with corporate and legal documentation guidelines.
  • System Navigation: Utilize multiple proprietary systems and software platforms efficiently to perform daily operational tasks.
  • Meeting & Calendar Management: Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Compliance Operations colleagues and other internal stakeholders to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to team efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of some college-level coursework required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple proprietary systems.

Work Environment
  • Hybrid role with onsite presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Prolonged sitting for periods longer than two consecutive hours.
  • Full-time hourly contract position; limited to 40 hours per week.
