Orion Group Life Sciences have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Associate for our Multinational Pharmaceutical client based in Cambridge area on an initial 6-month contract.

Job Purpose

Support the promotion and adherence to all healthcare compliance requirements.

Main Responsibilities of the role

  • Administrative support for healthcare compliance team (as applicable) including assisting with document / contract template revision
  • Developing and tracking compliance assurance metrics
  • Assisting in the development, implementation and administration of local healthcare compliance programs, policies, standard operating procedures, tools, systems, job aids and trainings
  • Supporting staff to accomplish healthcare compliance initiatives and goals and be an advocate for compliance within the business.
  • Administrative support for healthcare compliance team (as applicable) including assisting with document / contract template revision
  • Provide support during the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs
  • Develop, revise and update compliance metrics & management reports
  • Ensuring that appropriate records are maintained to support healthcare compliance activities e.g. Training, Monitoring, Audit follow-up, etc
  • Assist in writing/revising local healthcare compliance procedures and training and capturing in the appropriate electronic systems e.g. EDM Quality & LMS
  • Staying up to date on the evolution of local country Code and Policies and Procedures
