We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Administrator to provide administrative support to the Human Resources function, particularly in the areas of compensation, benefits, payroll-related administration, HR data management, and employee services.
Required UAE National.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate compensation and benefits data in Oracle and other HR systems, preparing salary-related letters and reports, supporting employee benefits processes, and assisting with Compensation & Benefits reviews and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and support Compensation & Benefits reports for the HR department and key stakeholders, including overtime, absence, demographic, management, and corporate governance reports.
Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues.
Assist with the preparation and formatting of annual budgets and reforecasts relating to HR services, employee manpower, and contractor manpower.
Support employee exit and leaver formalities, including final settlement calculations and coordination with Finance for final payments.
Generate employment-related letters, including salary certificates, salary transfer letters, and service letters, using Oracle.
Maintain accurate and timely Compensation & Benefits data in Oracle and other HR systems.
Review HR Self-Service requests and ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll reimbursements and deductions.
Coordinate with Time Data Recorders and Approvers to ensure timely entry of overtime data into Oracle for payroll processing.
Support the annual medical and life insurance renewal process.
Manage the Long Service Award process, including identifying eligible employees and ensuring approved awards are provided on time.
Manage the confidential distribution of employee cheques and coordinate with the Finance department as required.
Support the registration of new employees and process End-of-Service requirements through the relevant social security/pension portal.
Respond professionally and promptly to employee queries relating to Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures.
Support Compensation & Benefits reporting and various HR improvement projects and initiatives.
Provide cover and support to other HR team members when required, including leaver formalities, medical and life insurance administration, employee data entry, and HR administrative letters.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources or relevant equivalent work experience.
MS Excel Certification is preferred.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Compensation & Benefits Administration.
1–2 years of data analysis experience.
Demonstrable experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably Oracle.
Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits administration and HR processes.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work effectively across HR and interact with other departments.
Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Positive, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach.
Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Valid UAE Driving Licence.
