We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Specialist (Technical) to support major LNG project commissioning activities in Qatar.
This position will play a key role in providing technical and administrative support to commissioning teams while managing technical documentation, SharePoint administration, information governance, systems completion, and operational handover activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and administrative support for commissioning and systems completion activities.
  • Manage and administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, and information repositories.
  • Maintain technical libraries, commissioning procedures, specifications, templates, and lessons learned documentation.
  • Coordinate technical reports, governance documentation, presentations, and controlled documents.
  • Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, manpower planning, and workforce reporting.
  • Generate dashboards, resource forecasts, contractor utilization reports, and management reports.
  • Coordinate technical communications with project teams, EPC contractors, and operations personnel.
  • Provide user support for SharePoint systems and information management tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for information management and technical governance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
  • Minimum 8 years of commissioning experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experience supporting medium to large EPC or LNG projects.
  • Strong SharePoint administration and document management experience.
  • Knowledge of commissioning, systems completion, operational handover, and project execution.
  • Experience with technical documentation, governance, reporting, and information management.
  • Strong understanding of P&IDs, Datasheets, GA Drawings, and commissioning procedures.
  • Experience supervising vendor activities including SAT and OTP.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
