We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities for a major onshore Oil & Gas EPC project. The successful candidate will oversee all commissioning execution, ensuring safe delivery, technical excellence, schedule compliance, and successful handover of facilities while managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams and EPC contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all commissioning activities throughout project execution.
- Drive commissioning strategy, planning, execution, and systems completion.
- Ensure commissioning activities are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage EPC contractor commissioning performance and interface with project stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary commissioning teams and allocate resources effectively.
- Review commissioning deliverables, procedures, work packs, and completion dossiers.
- Coordinate commissioning interfaces with engineering, construction, operations, and handover teams.
- Monitor project risks, commissioning readiness, and reporting.
- Support brownfield commissioning activities and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).
- Promote a strong HSE culture throughout commissioning execution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- At least 5 years in a Commissioning Management or Senior Supervisory role.
- Strong experience across engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and systems completion.
- Proven experience managing large EPC projects.
- Experience with Brownfield projects and SIMOPS.
- Strong knowledge of commissioning strategies, engineering standards, project execution, and risk management.
- Experience working with Operators, EPC Contractors, or Service Companies.
