We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead (Onshore Telecom) to oversee all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the Telecom discipline executed by the EPC Contractor. The role will ensure that systems and sub-systems meet project specification requirements and approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee Contractor activities and progress related to mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Monitor commissioning schedules, planning and sequencing to ensure alignment with project milestones.
Witness Contractor scope of work and progress in accordance with project requirements.
Follow up construction activities during pre-shutdown and shutdown activities.
Oversee offshore brownfield pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring safe and compliant execution.
Follow up on punch-list creation, categorization and clearance.
Verify the completeness of completion dossiers from mechanical completion through pre-commissioning and commissioning to final handover.
Monitor and verify Contractor preservation activities against project requirements.
Monitor subsystem progress and status through the Completion Management System and ensure timely handovers.
Oversee and control mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning documentation.
Participate in walkdowns, commissioning meetings, offshore meetings and relevant project activities.
Support FAT activities, including preparation of reports, presentations, photographs and punch-list follow-up.
Provide support to Supervisors across Well Head and Riser Platforms and cover supervisory responsibilities when required.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in large-project commissioning within the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 1 year of supervisory, acting or service/vendor personnel oversight experience.
Strong knowledge of completion certificate types and punch-list categorization.
Experience using Completion Management Systems (CMS), such as PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar.
Familiarity with construction, QA/QC and Operations interfaces.
Strong understanding of HSE standards and safe system handover practices.
Previous pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up experience as a commissioning performer on major Oil & Gas projects.
