We are currently seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead – HVAC to oversee all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for HVAC systems executed offshore by the EPC Contractor.
The successful candidate will ensure HVAC systems and subsystems are completed, tested and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, approved procedures and applicable safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for HVAC systems executed offshore by the EPC Contractor.
Monitor EPC Contractor progress across Mechanical Completion (MC), pre-commissioning (CSA) and commissioning (RFSU) activities.
Ensure HVAC systems and subsystems meet project specifications and approved procedures.
Monitor the commissioning schedule and ensure activities, planning and sequencing align with project milestones.
Participate in CTP kick-off meetings and witness relevant testing and commissioning activities.
Participate in walkdowns, completion certification and punch-list follow-up and clearance activities.
Review and monitor completion documentation and ensure timely system handover.
Monitor subsystem progress through the Completion Management System (CMS) and ensure timely completion and handover.
Verify the completeness of EPC Contractor completion dossiers covering Mechanical Completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning through to final handover.
Monitor and verify EPC Contractor preservation activities against project requirements.
Participate in offshore coordination meetings with EPC Contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
Attend and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) where required, including preparation of reports and follow-up of identified punch items.
Follow up construction activities during pre-shutdown and shutdown periods in brownfield offshore facilities.
Provide commissioning support across Wellhead and Riser Platforms as required.
Act on behalf of Commissioning Supervisors when required during simultaneous activities across different platforms or during supervisor absence.
Support Operations during start-up and system handover activities.
Capture and share commissioning lessons learned for inclusion in the project lessons-learned register.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale Oil & Gas commissioning projects.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience, including acting supervisory roles or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
Proven experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up on major Oil & Gas projects.
Strong experience in HVAC commissioning, preferably in offshore and brownfield environments.
Strong knowledge and understanding of completion certificate types and handover processes.
Strong knowledge of punch-list categorization and clearance.
Experience using Completion Management Systems (CMS) such as PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar.
Familiarity with interfaces between Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning and Operations.
Experience working with EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors in offshore environments.
Strong understanding of HSE requirements and safe system handover practices.
