Commissioning Lead (Offshore Telecom) -B2B

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Telecom Commissioning Lead for a major offshore Oil & Gas project.


Responsibilities

• Lead Telecom pre-commissioning and commissioning offshore.
• Witness and validate ITRs, test sheets and check sheets.
• Oversee Mechanical Completion, CSA and RFSU activities.
• Monitor system completion status.
• Coordinate EPC contractor and vendor commissioning teams.
• Manage punch-list creation and clearance.
• Review completion dossiers.
• Participate in PTW and SIMOPS activities.
• Support Operations during start-up.
• Ensure safe and timely system handover.

Requirements

• Engineering / Applied Sciences degree.
• 8+ years large-project Oil & Gas commissioning.
• Offshore commissioning experience.
• Telecom commissioning background.
• CMS experience – ICAPS, WinPCS, PIMS, Hexagon or equivalent.
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up experience.
• Strong HSE awareness.
